Regional Manager




The Regional Manager is responsible for the development and management of swimming pool operations. The person in this position interacts with Property Managers, HOA and Condo Board Members regarding swimming pool management and repair services. The Regional Manager will monitor and run day to day operations, which include maintenance, lifeguards, contract sales, preparation of pool openings, Health Dept Inspections, and winterization.


  • Interact with current and potential customers; Property Managers, HOA Board members and property Owners regarding swimming pool operations and ensuring the customer needs are met.

  • Train and support personnel in the area. Preform spring pool preparations, seasonal operations, closings, and winterizations. Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform minor repairs of pool operating equipment. Aides in the sale of contracts, repairs, and products.

  • Monitors pool operations to ensure facility safety and oversees lifeguards. Works with swimming pool chemicals and equipment. Ensures adequate inventory of all supplies is on site for operations.

  • Assists in the recruitment and supervision of lifeguard staff, including orientations, scheduling,

  • and training.


  • Ability to work independently without direct oversite

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed during seasonal operations

  • Ability to lift 50lbs

  • Must be able to organize, plan and communicate well with others

  • Valid Swimming Pool Operators License and Lifeguarding Certification preferred. Must obtain in first 3 months of employment.

  • Experience Preferred, but will train
